Your business. Permanently in motion.Permanently in motion.
Grow the business, not the headcount. We build your website, then Iris finds the work eating your week and we automate it.
A website is usually where the work stops. Here it's where it starts — we instrument yours from day one.
Iris, our AI analyst, watches performance, conversion and operations around the clock. When she spots a manual task repeating, we map it and automate it. Same team, more output, no new salary.
You don't set the final price until you've seen the site live.
Most developers deliver, then disappear.Deliver, then disappear.
I came to code from the shop floor — retail, warehousing, operations, management. I build the opposite of what I used to put up with.
"Do you trust the company that tells you what you need, or the bloke who wants to understand it?"
It isn't malice, it's the model. New clients keep an agency's lights on, so yesterday's build stops earning attention the day it ships.
The cost lands on you twice. When something breaks mid-rush, you're re-explaining your business to a ticket queue. And in the quiet months nothing improves on its own: the site you launched in March is the site you're still running in December, with the manual workarounds piling up around it.
Because I know what a bad Tuesday looks like. The double entry. The spreadsheet nobody trusts. The job everyone does manually because that's how it's always been done.
I've worked jobs where the software fought me, and it shapes what I look for. When I look at your business I'm not looking for something impressive to build — I'm looking for the thing that's quietly costing you a day a week.
You get an answer, not a ticket number.
Iris holds the technical context of your project: what's deployed, what changed, what usually goes wrong. So there's no three-day wait, no re-explaining yourself to whoever picks up the queue, and no senior rates for someone still learning your industry.
The person who learns your business doesn't clock off at five.
Your website is step one.
A site is a digital business card — necessary, not sufficient. We build it properly, then keep building as the business grows into more.
Architected on day one for ten times your current volume, because growth shouldn't mean a rebuild.
We identify your key numbers during discovery, before a line of code is written: cart abandonment, booking completion, average order value, whichever ones actually move your business. The site tracks them from your first visitor.
And we don't oversell the stack. You get the simplest thing that does the job properly, plus a written path for the day the job changes.
Off-the-shelf platforms give you fifty features so they can serve fifty kinds of business. Yours only needs a handful. We start from that handful.
Your dashboard is designed around your product: your orders, your bookings, your numbers, laid out so running the business takes minutes, not menus.
"If a button doesn't earn its place on your screen, it doesn't ship."
Every business has a Tuesday afternoon problem: the job nobody scheduled, that starts as five minutes and ends as five hours a week.
Iris flags the pattern. The same action, repeated, at the same time, by the same person. "This has run 40 times this month. Here's what it costs you."
We map the workflow. Where it starts, where it breaks, what it touches.
We automate it. Behind the Approval Gate. Staged, tested, reversible.
You get the time back. Same headcount. More output. No new salary.
No. We build systems so your people stop doing work a machine should be doing.
Every automation removes a task, not a person. The bookkeeper stops copying invoices and starts reading the numbers. The ops manager stops chasing suppliers and starts fixing the reason they need chasing.
Most businesses hire when the admin gets heavy. That's the expensive answer. We'd rather find the workflow.
She knows the what. Never the who.The what. Never the who.
Iris sees what you're too busy to notice.
Six domains, one brief. On anonymised data, always.
What was purchased, what happened, how and why. Never who. Names, contact details and customer records are invisible to her at every point, by design.
Nothing she says is a black box either. Every insight links to the underlying record in your dashboard (the individual order, the booked service), so you, the person who does know your customers, can verify it in two clicks.
She highlights. You decide. That's the design, not a disclaimer.
Because the answer is almost never in one tool.
Your ad spend looks fine in Meta. Your conversion rate looks fine in GA4. Read side by side the picture changes: the campaign that's converting is the one you're underfunding, and the traffic you're paying most for bounces on a three-second mobile load.
Six dashboards means six blind spots between them. One brief means none.
Not without you. Nothing irreversible happens without human sign-off at two checkpoints.
01. Iris proposes. A structured plan: scope, rationale, expected outcome. Never a change, always a proposal.
02. You review. Approve it, refine it, or bin it.
03. We verify, then execute. Hargravity confirms the work is safe, stages it, then pushes to production. Every change logged and reversible.
You set the final price.
You see the finished site before you settle the balance. If we haven't earned the top of the range, don't pay it.
Pay in Full
Biggest saving −15%One payment once live. Done.
Once your site is live, pay the balance in one payment: your site's value, less 15%. The $299 deposit comes off the total.
12-Month Plan
Most popular −5%Twelve monthly payments. Predictable.
Spread the balance across twelve monthly payments: your site's value, less 5%. No interest, no credit check, settle early anytime at the remaining balance.
Revenue Share
Pay as you earn5–10% of Stripe revenue, capped.
Pay from what the site earns: 5–10% of Stripe revenue, capped at 12–24 months. Buy out the remainder anytime at a 20% discount. Payment-enabled sites only.
1. Free discovery call. No pitch. I want to understand your business and what's not working.
2. Range-based quote. A floor and a ceiling (e.g. $2,000–$3,000) before anything starts.
3. $299 deposit to begin. Kicks off development, covers your first 12 months of hosting.
4. You review the build. We amend it. Nothing publishes until you're happy.
5. You set the final price. We walk through the value delivered. You say where in the range it lands.
6. Flexible payment options. A better digital presence shouldn't demand a big outlay before you've seen the result.
Two businesses, rebuilt.
A skin clinic and a painting business. Different trades, same method — find what's costing them time, then build that away.
The Glow Know
Skincare · retail + bookingsA site that had outgrown its foundations. Rebuilt so keeping it current takes minutes.
Paintaholic
Trade · quoting + leadsA site that did its job. Rebuilt to put his work in front of people searching for it.
Numbers, when we have them.
Both builds are in final testing. Real figures publish here from launch day. Measured, never projected.
Because it isn't launch day yet, and a projection isn't a result.
We'd rather show you an empty section with a date on it than a full one you can't check. When the numbers are ours and verifiable, they'll go here.
Both sites are instrumented from the first visitor, so the figures start accumulating the moment they go live.
Every Hargravity site ships with Iris instrumented. The next set of numbers on this page could be yours.
The bits people always ask.
Most sites go live in three to six weeks from the discovery call, depending on scope and how quickly content comes together. You'll get a timeline with your quote, and if it's going to slip you'll hear it from me before the date, not after.
Usually not. If the foundation is sound we'll improve what's there and instrument it with Iris. If it's fighting you (slow, unmaintainable, or built on something that can't grow), I'll tell you straight, with the reasoning, and you decide.
That's the normal starting point, and it's why we don't ask. Iris watches your actual operation for the first few months and surfaces the patterns from real data. You'll be shown what's costing you time before anyone proposes fixing it.
Nothing, unless you decide otherwise. There's no card on file, no auto-renew and nothing to cancel. Foundation simply stops at month three. Your data stays on your database either way, so if you pick a plan up in six months Iris still has the history and doesn't start from scratch.
Because an AI telling you how to run your business is worthless. Iris has to learn how *you* run it first: which calls you make, what you'd want watched, how you'd brief your staff. We could switch it on tomorrow. We'd rather build it right than build it fast.
Only for the Revenue Share option, which pays out of what the site earns. Pay in Full and the 12-Month Plan work with any payment setup. If you'd like to move to Stripe we'll handle the migration during onboarding at no extra cost.
Iris never sees customer identities. She works on anonymised records: what was purchased, what happened, how and why, with names, contact details and customer records structurally invisible to her. You keep the identifying data in your own dashboard.
That's where most of our work is. Your site stays instrumented, Iris keeps watching, and improvements come to you as proposals with expected outcomes attached. You approve what happens. Nothing changes on your site without your sign-off.
Good. Everything is architected for well beyond your current volume, so a strong quarter doesn't become a technical emergency. Iris flags capacity trends early, so you get warning rather than downtime.
No. Nothing gets pitched upfront. Every automation we propose comes from a pattern Iris found in your own data, with the time cost attached, and you can say no to any of it and keep everything else.
You review the finished site before you settle the balance, so you're never paying for something you haven't seen. Iris plans are month to month. There's no lock-in on either side. If we're not earning it, don't pay for it.
